ORDERING INFORMATION

PHONE ORDERING HOURS are MONDAY - FRIDAY 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM PACIFIC TIME. A 24 hour fax is available at 541-942-8479.

We also have a black and white printed catalog that can be used in conjunction with the web site. The catalog link is located to the left for you to print out at your convenience. One is also available through the mail at the cost of $2.00 to cover the shipping.

Be sure to list the QUANTITY, ITEM NUMBER, COLOR, and DESCRIPTION of the beads you are ordering. In fact the more details you give the faster the orders can be filled. If we have to spend extra time giving it our `best guess' the order may be delayed. We try very hard to ship the orders out the same day we receive them.

Print out the order form using the link on the left. We also accept photocopies of this form. Please be sure to include all numbers and descriptions.

All products are subject to availability. In production, slight color variations are inevitable due to a number of environmental factors that cannot be controlled. These variations are industry accepted. 

Sometimes we are out of the exact color you request, but have something similar. If substituting a color or product that is close is okay with you, mark that on the order form, if not be sure to indicate that as well. If neither is marked we will use our own judgment.

PRICES AND RETURNS

All prices are subject to change without notice. Our cost for the beads varies from shipment to shipment, but unless there is a drastic change our prices will remain the same.

Satisfaction is guaranteed. Customers unhappy with their order "heaven forbid" may return it within 10 days for exchange or refund less the shipping cost. If you take longer than that to decide if you're happy (with the order) a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

SHIPPING

You have the option to choose USPS or UPS in the drop down menu. P.O. Box numbers go via U. S. Mail (USPS)  automatically.

All international orders will be sent USPS only. International customers will be responsible for all duties and taxes associated with the shipment.

When shipping to a prison you must choose UPS. We can only ship to the physical addresses as well, no P.O. Boxes.
