Be sure to list the QUANTITY, CATALOG NUMBER, COLOR, and DESCRIPTION of the beads you are ordering. In fact the more details you give the faster the orders can be filled. If we have to spend extra time giving it our `best guess' the order may be delayed. We try very hard to ship the orders out the same day we receive them.

Print out the order form if possible or plain paper. Please be sure to include all numbers and descriptions. Consistency of color in glass varies like yarn. Sometimes we are out of the exact color you request, but have something similar. If substituting a color or product that is close is okay with you, mark that on the order form, if not be sure to indicate that as well. If neither is marked we will use our own judgment.

PAYMENT

No minimum order is required, of course no maximum either. We do however have a $2.00 handling fee for orders less than $50.00. To assure prompt shipping send payment with order. Payment may be made with a check or money order. Any NSF checks will go directly to CheckRite, a check recovery agency that assesses a service charge plus any legal fees incurred to collect payment.

GOOD NEWS! We take Visa and MasterCard, please include your card number, expiration date, and signature on order form. This also allows you to phone or fax in your order for even faster service.

We also ship COD, payment with money order or cashier’s check only until we can establish your account. The one exception for COD is orders from Alaska. We will not send COD’s to Alaska unless you are already established as a customer. An application is available for a 10-day account and after approval we can take your phone or fax orders. The 10 days basically allows you to have your order sent and as soon as you receive the merchandise send payment for the amount on the invoice by return mail.

PRICES AND RETURNS

All prices are subject to change without notice. Our cost for the beads varies from shipment to shipment, but unless there is a drastic change our prices will remain the same. We will contact you if there is a large increase in the prices of your order before we ship it, thus giving you the option of reconsidering. Your telephone number on the order will expedite this process.

Satisfaction is guaranteed. Customers unhappy with their order "heaven forbid" may return it within 10 days for exchange or refund. If you take longer than that to decide if you're happy (with the order) a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

We prefer shipping UPS, but in order to ship UPS we must have a street or road address. P.O. Box numbers go via U. S. Mail automatically. Space is provided on the order form for you to mark your preference.

The $2.00 handling fee will be waved for orders over $50.00.
